As instructed by FedEx, we recently upgraded our FedEx shipping software.
For technical reasons, the return labels are generating an email shipping notification, which it is not
supposed to be doing.
This is why you may receive two notifications for your shipment. Please note that the one that has
“Return” or “ret” in the description is the return label notification which you can ignore.
After speaking with FedEx tech support on this issue, this is a known defect that they are working on.
