Q. What is the dress selection at Rhythmic Rentals?

We have a wide selection (currently up to size 16) of dresses available for premier events like the Ohio
Star Ball to local showcases. No matter your age or dance couture needs, our expert staff will ensure
you find the right outfit. We are also working on dresses in the 18-22 range. We have a couple that can
sometimes work for size 18 or so but it will depend on your measurements.

Q. How do I get the dress I want?

The first step is to review our How To Order to start the process. We ship dresses daily to clients for
try-ons. We ship via FedEx 2-day (or overnight if requested).

Q. Do you only rent dresses?

Yes.

Q. How can I be sure the dress I rent is properly cleaned?

The maintenance and care of our inventory has the highest priority at Rhythmic Rentals. We know how
important a clean dress is to our customers - we take great care in making sure that all of our dresses
are professionally cleaned after every use. We simply will not rent out a dress that we ourselves would
not be 100% comfortable wearing.

Q. How much does it cost?

Rhythm/Latins start at $140 for 1-5 days Smooth/Standard start at $175 for 1-5 days.

Q. If I see a dress that I like, can I reserve it?

Yes you can. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required.  The remaining 75% is due when the dress is
shipped to you.

Q. How far in advance can I reserve a dress?

Up to 6 months.

Q. What forms of payment will you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express which you will need to provide when you fill out our
Rental Agreement.

Q. If I love the dress that I rent, can I buy it?

Due to high demand, we are not currently selling any of our dresses.    

Q. How often do you add to your dress selection?

We are constantly adding to our selection to be sure there is the widest selection available. On
average, it's every 2-3 months.

Q. What size dresses do you carry?

Currently, we cover sizes 0 through 16. We are also working on dresses in the 18-22 range. We have
a couple that can sometimes work for size 18 or so but it will depend on your measurements.

Q. How can I try on a particular dress before renting it?

We can ship you the dress. You are responsible for shipping fees and a nominal handling fee of $10
per dress.  The $10 fee is waived if the dresses is reserved. Please refer to our How To Order page
for more details.

Q. What is your cancellation policy for reserved dresses?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a dress.

Rental Cancellation Fee:
For Dress Rental cancellations, Renter will be charged an additional 25% of Rental Fee if cancellation
occurs between 2 and 3 weeks prior to Rental Begin Date. Renter will be charged an additional 50%
of Rental Fee if cancellation occurs between 1 and 2 weeks prior to Rental Begin Date. Renter will be
charged AN ADDITIONAL 75% of total Rental Fee if cancellation occurs less than 1 week prior to
Rental Begin Date. These fees are in addition to the reservation fee.
